Do I need a battery?
No. Solar works on its own. A battery can help you use more of your generation in the evening; the right choice depends on when your home uses electricity.
What if my roof is shaded?
The survey checks the position and timing of shade, alongside roof space and orientation, before recommending a panel layout.
Can I add EV charging later?
Yes. Your design can allow for future cable routes and charging needs, even if you are starting with solar alone.
